Highlights of the experience:

Guests experienced a spectrum of colors through a sensorial culinary journey. A white box room gave guests a minimal indication of what to expect—visual projections and music coordinated with seven courses synchronized with color. Imagine this - the light dims to a sapphire blue hue that saturates the walls; as a splash of the waves crash and water projections start to flood the room, guests smell notes of the ocean as they taste oysters.
