Highlights of the experience: In celebration of the Negroni's 100th anniversary, Campari sponsored an immersive pop up for Aspen Food & Wine Classic. Inspired by the inventor of the cocktail, Count Negroni, we developed the concept: Italian Disco. A sensory exploration of the classic Negroni cocktail as if you were stepping into a cocktail itself with the colors, sounds, smells, and decor of the Negroni. Guests entered the sensory experience through a sparkling waterfall of party fringe, as hundreds of lights sparkled the ceiling in deep rouge, custom made wallpaper Italian Campari, 70s fashion, and Italian photos completely transformed a yoga studio into an underground Italian Disco. We brought our friends Circus Collective to dazzle guests with Italian circus performers. Bar Helix provided myriad forms of delicious Negroni cocktails, from espresso-infused to creative spins. Helix owner Kendra Anderson brought the celebration to life with her passion for Negronis, introducing guests to the wonder and awe of the dynamic cocktail.
